At the The Physiotherapy and Pilates Movement, our qualified physiotherapists and Exercise therapist treat acute and chronic musculoskeletal injuries, as well as offering post surgical rehabilitation, Parkinson’s Disease classes and personalised Pilates sessions for injury management and prevention.

We take the time to properly assess your injury, which allows us not only to treat the symptoms, but also the cause. We do this using a range of techniques including manual therapy, movement analysis and exercise prescription to help you reach your personal goals.

2.   Footrooms Podiatry

Nicholas Millar Footrooms PodiatryNicholas Millar obtained his Bachelor of Health Science Masters of Podiatric Practise from La Trobe University, Melbourne.

He held a graduate position at John Hunter Hospital gaining experience in patient specific clinics where he had experience with all aspects of Podiatry. This included working with surgeons, specialists and other hospital team members giving him additional experience in Paediatric Podiatry, nail surgery, Sports Medicine and Biomechanics, General Treatment and Diabetic Feet.

Further experience includes teaching and mentoring university placements and clinical projects and clinical audits. As well as contributing to the next generation of podiatry practitioners, Nick has contributed to the improvement of patient care and increased access to medical devices.

Nicholas is now passionate about serving the locals in the Helensburgh 2508 area with his extensive Podiatry experience at Footrooms Podiatry.

3.   The Nutrition Co

Ashleigh Keep is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) with extensive experience in a range of clinical areas including:

  • gastroenterology,
  • oncology,
  • mental health,
  • paediatrics,
  • chronic kidney disease and
  • aged care.

This wide range of clinical experience has provided Ashleigh with the opportunity and awareness of medical and social factors that influence clients’ health. As a local Helensburgh 2508 resident, Ashleigh is devoted to providing nutrition interventions specific to the needs of her clients in the context of treatment and personal goals. Her ultimate aim is to help her clients achieve a positive relationship with food with a focus on overall health and well being.
