Jackie Carroll Midwife Practice Nurse

After working as as an Enrolled Nurse for Community Health, Public and Private Hospitals Jackie went on to study Nursing at the University of Wollongong where she graduated as a Registered Nurse in 2007.

Jackie then traveled around Australia and lived in Perth where she studied Midwifery and completed her Post Graduate studies to become a Registered Midwife in 2009 working at King Edward Memorial Hospital through Curtin University, Bentley. Jackie then moved to Darwin and worked at Darwin Hospital, completing her certificate in Child and Family Health.

Midwifery, Breast feeding and Child Health has been Jackie’s focus for more than a decade. She also works with the Aboriginal Child Health Team and sees women and families from St George and Sutherland Hospitals. Jackie is also a qualified Lactation Consultant and enjoys the continuity of care available through general practice to follow and support expectant and new families.

Jackie moved from the Shire to Helensburgh in 2011. She is married with two young children. Jackie is proud to be a part of this practice and the 2508 community.

Jackie works on Tuesday and Thursday.  On Thursday afternoons Jackie runs Midwife/lactation consultancy clinics.

Nurse Danielle BeazleyDanielle commenced her career as a  nursing assistant in 2002. Finding a passion for health care she completed her enrolled nursing training at  St George Hospital in 2005. Following this she completed a Bachelor of Nursing in 2009.

Experience working at the Sutherland Hospital from 2005 to 2010 gave Danielle are broad experience in patient care which led to three years working in community health.  This was followed by three years experience in the US which  gave her experience in public health.

Danielle is passionate about preventative medicine and paediatric health and is qualified in Immunisation medicine. Her overall experience has assisted her in becoming an effective General Practice nurse.

Danielle and her family moved to Helensburgh in 2012. She loves meeting new people and being part of the 2508 community.

Danielle works on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
